DESCRIPTION: France, 8 days, time and strike, crystal regulator with pendule a Paris movement and gilt mercury pendulum. Art nouveau inspired openwork spelter / white metal frame with bright gold-tone finish, on tall feet and with pagoda like top, containing the polished brass case with beveled glasses, Arabic numeral white enamel dial, gilt hands, c1900
CONDITION: There is loss and bubbling to the bright plating and some discoloration at the feet; glasses dirty and with a few minor chips, dial with hairlines, hands original, ticks and strikes, needs service, movement stabilizing screw missing, gong base loose. Two vial pendulum is intact with original liquid content. Overall an interesting Nouveau style clock in good condition. Ht 15"
